Basis — 29 euro per month
For rental businesses up to three vehicles
Meant for those starting out or keeping a small fleet properly. You get the core: agreements, the calendar, your vehicles and your customers. Enough to leave scattered lists behind.
Pro — 59 euro per month
For rental businesses up to ten vehicles
The plan most rental companies settle on. Wider limits on agreements and reservations, more team members, and registration of fines. Suitable once rental is your main trade.
Business — 99 euro per month
For fleets without a ceiling
No limits on vehicles, customers, agreements or reservations. For businesses with a larger fleet, several staff or multiple locations that want everything in one system.
What is in every plan?
Whichever plan you pick, you get the same core: rental agreements with digital signing, the reservation calendar, your fleet with maintenance, the cash book and your customer records. The plans differ in volume, not in capability. You are paying for the size of your business, not for a feature.
30 days free
Every plan starts with a 30-day trial. You put your own vehicles in and genuinely work with it for a month, because that is the only way to tell whether it fits your practice. If it does not, you cancel and pay nothing.

Can I switch plans partway?
Yes. If your fleet grows past your plan's limit, you move up to the next one. Your data stays put.
Are there setup fees?
No. You pay only the monthly amount, and only after your 30-day trial has ended.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all amounts quoted exclude VAT.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains yours. Before cancelling you can export your agreements and your cash book.
